Stable Patterns Foundation was created to strengthen the systems surrounding children in foster care and assisting foster caregivers by promoting safety, accountability, continuity, and meaningful support for the people responsible for protecting them.

We believe children should not be lost between agencies, courtrooms, placements, and paperwork. Every child deserves consistent care, accurate documentation, responsible decision-making, and adults who are willing to speak up when something is wrong.

Our work supports foster caregivers, advocates for stronger oversight, develops practical tools that help safely preserve reporter information, and supports the needs of the agencies and departments supporting children and families. Through education, court observation, and post-placement accountability, Stable Patterns works to ensure that children remain visible long after their placement and time in care.
